Elder Julius Earl Wright Sr has devotion to the gospel and a meek/quiet spirit that emulates the call of God for a shepherd. He is committed to upholding the Apostolic Doctrine and feeding God’s people the word of God so that they may be a member of the body of Christ who have made themselves ready for the soon coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. But in the pulpit, his quiet nature yields to the Spirit of God that uses him in such a way that people often refer to him as “The Preaching Machine.”

Elder Julius Earl Wright, Sr. was born and raised in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. As a child, he attended the Church of Jesus Christ at 912 Catalpa Street where late Bishop A.J. Street was the pastor. At that same church in 1980, Elder Wright was baptized in Jesus Name and shortly thereafter filled with the Holy Ghost. And so began his spiritual journey serving in many capacities including Young People’s President, Sunday School Teacher, Treasurer, Deacon, Asst Sunday School Superintendent, Choir Member and Musician.

After serving under the leadership of Bishop Street, Elder Julius Wright assisted his uncle, Elder Samuel Jones in establishing Grace Apostolic Faith Ministry in Pine Bluff, AR. He labored diligently with college students and was an armor bearer to his leader. After years of service at Grace Apostolic , he felt the call of the Lord to help the ministry in England, AR. And from 1993 to 1995, Elder Wright served as Assistant Pastor under the leadership of Elder Henry Rainey, Sr. at First Pentecostal Church in England, AR.

In October of 1995, the spirit of the Lord led Elder Wright back to Pine Bluff, AR for the work of the ministry. And Elder Wright founded Hope Aposotlic Faith Ministries in Pine Bluff, AR where he served as Pastor, musician, van driver, lawn caretaker and any area needed for the ministry. No job was too small for him and he remains committed to this ideal today.

His educational credits include a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 1996, a graduate of Aenon Bible College in 2009.
